Become a Sake Brewer

You do not visit the brewery. You join it: travel to Saku for a multi-day Kurabito Experience where staying, brewing, learning and eating together become the destination rather than add-ons to a sightseeing itinerary.

  3. DAY 1 · JOIN THE BREWERY
Meet the people you will brew and eat with.

Once you reach KURABITO STAY, the experience becomes the trip. Orientation brings the group together, then the included first-night dinner at Cuisine Lemon turns arrival into shared time around Saku food and sake. You are not checking into a brewery hotel and disappearing into your room; you are joining the people you will spend the next three days with.

  4. DAY 2 · LIVE THE BREWERY RHYTHM
Wake up as part of the brewery rhythm.

Day 2 is the heart of the stay: eat with the group, learn and work inside the brewery experience, then have room to spend free time around Saku. The exact brewing tasks can change with the sake itself, so think of this as a day lived on the brewery’s rhythm rather than a fixed list of activities.

  5. DAY 3 · FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED
Finish the experience before you leave Saku.

Stay with the brewery experience through the final morning. The current standard program closes with its final review, completion certificate and checkout around noon; only then does the onward journey begin. Keep the next connection flexible rather than turning an approximate finish into a race for a train.
