Hama Fukutsuru Ginjo Kobo is a brewery stop where you can see sake-making through glass, taste freshly pressed sake and explore limited bottles before continuing west through Nada Gogo.
Can you actually go?
The practical answer first — before the story.
What it’s actually like
ARRIVAL
The first brewery to reach on foot from Hanshin Uozaki Station. Official hours: 10:00–17:00; closed Mondays, open on holidays.
EXPERIENCE
Explore the brewery at your own pace and look into parts of the brewing process through glass. On our visit, a conversation with the staff turned into eight different tastings, so this stop took longer than expected.
